We don’t have flashy downtown offices with expensive overhead. Most of our team works from home, which helps us keep costs low and pass that value on to our clients.
We primarily work with Canadian businesses because we understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the Canadian market. That said, we’re happy to help businesses outside Canada as well — we just bring more lived experience when it comes to supporting local businesses here at home.

Do I need to book an appointment before contacting you?

Where are you located?
Our team works remotely across Canada. We don’t keep expensive downtown offices, which helps us keep overhead low and pass that value on to our clients.
Do you only work with Canadian businesses?
Most of our clients are Canadian because we understand the unique challenges of local businesses here. That said, we’re happy to work with U.S. businesses if we think it is a good fit.
Can we meet in person?
Most of our work is done virtually, but of course, if you are local (Hamilton Ontario area) we’d be happy to meet in person. If an in-person meeting makes sense for your project, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
