Our Analytics and Reporting Services

With our Analytics & Reporting service we will deliver a detailed report outlining your key website metrics, conversion events, and information from google searches. This report will be delivered on the first of each month, and report on the previous month metrics, along with year-to-date. The reports will be emailed with a PDF copy and a link to an interactive report dashboard. 

We use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to track all of this data. If you do not already have those installed on your website we can set that up for you. Having these elements installed on your website is important regardless so that your data can start collecting.

Report Sections

Main Page Dashboard

Gives a high level overview of your metrics. Includes the amount of conversions in the given month. It shows the average engagement time, the total amount of sessions, engaged sessions, engagement rate and total number of users. Each metrics will show a sparkline and comparison to the previous month.

Year to Date Metrics

This page in the report will show your specific metrics and how they are progressing over the entire year. Data is grouped by month and represented as a Bar Chart. You will also get a more granular view of certain stats over the past 90 days.

Popular Pages

We will show you which pages on your website are the most popular. We will show you this based on total number of page views and by total engagement time. We will also show you the top 'referring domains.' This tells you which websites have brought people to your website.

Page Events

Events represent user actions. Most websites have default 'events' that trigger when a user visits for the first time, when they scroll down, when they fill out a form and more. We will set up the proper events and track them on your website and on a page by page basis. This tells you what visitors are doing on each page.

Channel Analytics

Understanding which 'channel' has brough visitors to your website is important. We will break down your traffic by Direct, Organic Search, Referral, Organic Social, or Paid Social. We will then further investigate the social channels to see which one is brining in the most traffic.

City Analytics

Break down where your visitors are located by IP address. We will show you which cities are brining you the most traffic. We can also show you a heatmap of a site sessions.

Google Search Console Dashboard

This dashboard will show you data from Google search. You can see how many clicked your site from a Google search, how many times Google included your website in a search results page, and see which search terms people are using.

Google Search Console YTD

This allows you to drill down into search terms and see how your site has been ranking on average over the current year to date. You can see which pages are being shown in Google search results, how often people click on them, and how many impressions your site is receiving.

One-Time Setup Fees

Simple - $50

If your website already has Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Conversion tracking installed, the setup will follow the simple process. If you're not sure if this is setup, we can check for you.

Medium - $100

The medium setup requires us to set up Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console and install these on your website.

Complicated - $150

Lastly, the complicated setup process includes setting up specific 'conversion" events to track user-actions
